Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Please see our ‘Learning for Life’ page on the school website where we have selected a range of resources and links that may be helpful in supporting the well-being of our pupils and their families. There is also a section on our ‘Coronavirus/Back to School Advice and Information’ page signposting to advice which may help navigate some of the complicated emotions children could be feeling about the coronavirus outbreak: We hope that you find them useful.
